Table Selection
Three options, based on availability.
- One 6’ wide x 5’ deep table — Tables 7, 10, 13, 14 and 21. ($250 fee applies for Silver or Bronze).
- One 60” round table — Tables 8, 9, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20.
- One 6’ wide x 30” deep table with two chairs — Tables 1-6.

Table Linens
Black linen to the floor will be provided. Your corporate linen may be preferred and is acceptable.
Signage
TSFA will provide a table-top sign in an acrylic frame. The sign will note your corporate name and Texas Floral Education Underwriter level.
Banners and Backdrops
- Corporate banner may be placed on the table top.
- There is no space for corporate banners on the floor.
- There is no space for corporate backdrops.
Product Placement
Product Gallery displays are table top displays.
There is no space for products to be placed on the floor or elsewhere.
Electrical
Please add an optional electrical outlet to your cart if you need access to electricity. A $50 fee applies.
Passport to Education
Incorporating interactive games is a dynamic way to create an engaging atmosphere and draw a crowd.
- TSFA will provide each attendee with a Passport to Education.
- TSFA will provide each underwriter with a stamp.
- Stamp the passport as each attendee stops by to learn more about your products and services!
- The attendee will turn in their stamped passport for opportunities to win education!
