Table Selection
Three options, based on availability.
- One 36" round x 42" high cocktail table — Tables 1, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 20.
- A corporate banner may be placed on the floor, but must not be more than 5' wide.
- Chairs are not included in this option.
- One 6' long x 30" deep table — Tables 2-4 and 21-26.
- A corporate banner may be placed on the floor behind the table and chairs, but it must not be more than 5' wide.
- Two chairs are provided.
- One 72" round table — Tables 9-19.
- A corporate banner may be placed on the table top. It may not be placed on the floor.
- Chairs are not included in this option.

Table Linens
Black linen to the floor will be provided. Your corporate linen may be preferred and is acceptable.
Signage
TSFA will provide a table-top sign in an acrylic frame. The sign will note your corporate name and Texas Floral Education Underwriter level.
Product Placement
Product Gallery displays are tabletop displays. There is no space for products to be placed on the floor or elsewhere.
Electrical
Please add an optional electrical outlet to your cart if you need access to electricity. A $50 fee applies.
Passport to Education
Incorporating interactive games is a dynamic way to create an engaging atmosphere and draw a crowd.
- TSFA will provide each attendee with a Passport to Education.
- TSFA will provide each underwriter with a stamp.
- Stamp the passport as each attendee stops by to learn more about your products and services!
- The attendee will turn in their stamped passport for opportunities to win education!
Housing
TSFA has secured a discounted rate of $189 per night, single/double, plus applicable fees and taxes, at the Embassy Suites San Marcos Hotel and Conference Center. The rate will be honored for lodging June 17-22, 2026, on eligible rooms booked by the May 28, 2026, deadline or before the block sells out. Complimentary parking is available when your room is booked under the group rate.
Please note that there is a mandatory 0.98% Texas Recovery Fee per night, so the link notes $190.84 per night before tax.
