Data Collected During the Sales Process
TSFA and/or Meta collects necessary information when you obtain an app key or code. While completing this transaction, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, Meta ID, mailing address, phone number and credit card information. You may opt to have TSFA save your credit card information for future transactions. Any data collected by TSFA during this transaction is stored securely within TSFA's cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) database.
Data Protection
A variety of security measures, including secure server technology, are utilized to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order with TSFA. All data is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers' databases. The data is only accessible by authorized log-in and remains confidential. Credit card information is saved only upon request and is then stored securely within the CMS.
In-App Data Collection and Use
TSFA does not collect, store, share or utilize outside the app session any user or device data related to the TSFA Floral VR Experience application.
Data accessed through the Meta platform is used only in real-time and is not stored or processed outside the application. For example, session activity informs feedback for the simulated practice test during that session only. No data is retained after session completion.
TSFA does not send any data to third-party servers or retain it beyond the scope of its intended use.
Data Deletion
TSFA does not store or process personal data outside the Meta platform. If you wish to request deletion of any associated data, you may do so by contacting tsfaadmin@tsfa.org. Any such requests will be addressed in accordance with Meta's data handling policies.
