TSFA’s innovative approach to Virtual Learning will encompass a variety of subjects hosted by a wealth of talent! The selected subjects will address the most relevant of topics and highlight the most creative of techniques. Each Live Presentation and Demonstration will be catalogued at tsfa.org for learning 24-7. It’s TSFA On Demand! It’s new! It’s original! It’s available to you to learn at your leisure in the comfort of your own home!

There are three different categories to the TSFA On Demand Virtual Learning which will allow you to either interact, watch, or allow students to join in to expand their learning.  The Virtual Learning Schedule is listed below notating which event will be Hands-On, Classroom or Virtual Event.  Each Category is set up for a different style of discussion. TSFA Classroom will be introduced later on for teachers, until then, we encourage teachers to join in on the Virtual Learning Sessions TSFA has to offer.

In the event a hands-on component is included in the lesson, a list of materials will be shared online at tsfa.org for you to gather! Perhaps you have the list on hand at the shop or can take the time to purchase from your local wholesaler.  When possible TSFA encourages you to purchase from the Texas Floral Education Underwriters located at the bottom of each page of the TSFA website. Hands-on is certainly not required to take part. More good news is that with the class being on demand, you can gather the materials in advance or at your convenience and go back and watch it again and again and again!

This year allows TSFA to again show that we are at the forefront of the industry in education and technology. Announcing the TSFA Virtual Event! The circumstances are perhaps not ideal, but we are pleased that we can provide TSFA members these opportunities to be a part of our community and continue to thrive as an organization.

One of TSFA's very own, Beth O'Reilly AIFD TMF, is a contestant and featured
in the new HBO Max series Full Bloom.  Beth is the proud owner of Flower the Moment located in Cypress, Texas. The latest entry in the category of “floral-design reality TV” promises a distinctive focus on artistry and professionalism. Viewers can still expect all the suspense and entertainment value of an elimination competition with a $100,000 prize — but to floral industry insiders, watching “Full Bloom” on HBO Max may most recall a visit to the bustling workroom of an American Institute of Floral Designers Symposium.
Full Bloom launched November 12, 2020. We are proud of you Beth!
