El Paso Showcase Product Gallery
This product gallery will take place on Jan. 21 during the Texas Floral Showcase at St. Rogers Depot in El Paso, Texas. It is open exclusively to Texas Floral Education Underwriters. Space is limited, and pre-registration is required.
Display, demonstrate and connect with attendees in an intimate setting. This is an opportunity for brands to build visibility, spark conversation and show their support for Texas floristry.
Please plan to stay for the dinner and design presentation for additional interaction with attendees.
Schedule
Booth Setup and Display
- Setup: 12-2:30 p.m. or 3:15-4:30 p.m. in the Zuni Room at the St. Rogers Depot.
- Provided:
- One table.
- Two chairs.
- White linen tablecloth. You may bring your own branded or themed table coverings.
- Electrical: Must be requested in advance. Limited outlets are available.
Open to Guests
- 5-6:30 p.m. — After the hands-on workshop and before the main stage presentation.
Enjoy dinner and the design presentation from 6:30-9 p.m.
Booth Removal
- 9-10 p.m. — Booths must be removed by 10 p.m.
