Through the PCF program, TSFA provides an opportunity for state floral associations to offer the PCF program to their members. This nationally recognized certification provides a structured pathway for floral professionals to grow their skills, knowledge and recognition within the industry. This collaborative effort provides a standardized certification that supports floral professionals across state lines while maintaining the integrity and consistency of the Professional Certified Florist credential.
The Professional Certified Florist program includes a comprehensive set of resources to support your learning and success. You may purchase
- A complete set of 10 instructional books, with test and key.
- A Master Florist Final Exam that covers the essential floral design principles, business practices and industry standards required for certification.
- Individual access to seven online classes, designed to reinforce key concepts and prepare each certification candidate for their written and practical exams.
Your association will offer three hands-on design sessions to each certification candidate, providing guided practice and evaluation in core floral techniques. All materials and sessions are designed to help florists in your state build confidence, improve skills and successfully complete the certification requirements.
